What the enquiry form collects
The form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, postcode, property type, selected service, optional rough timescale and any message you provide. The page from which the enquiry was sent and the time of receipt are recorded. Please avoid adding unnecessary sensitive personal information to your message.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss the project, prepare a quote and handle related correspondence. Where you request a quote, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Legitimate interests may apply to maintaining enquiry records and handling business correspondence; legal obligations may apply to records required by law.
Storage and delivery providers
The form first attempts to save the enquiry using Lovable Cloud. It then sends the enquiry from your browser to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) for email delivery to mode.hi@hotmail.com. A copy of each enquiry is also sent to our website provider, Mulloy Systems, so they can check the form is working. These services and the email provider process information needed to store or deliver the enquiry. Enquiry success can be shown when either the save or email delivery is confirmed.
Service providers may process information outside the UK. Appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards should be considered where required by UK data protection law. Information is not submitted for an unrelated marketing purpose by this form.
How long information is kept
Records should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide agreed services, resolve relevant issues or meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the correspondence and any resulting work. Contact the controller if you want to ask about a particular record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict its use, object to processing and request portability. Some requests may be limited where records are needed to meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a legal claim.

Website storage and links
The quote form does not require a visitor account. Technical service providers may process connection information needed to operate and protect the website. Links to WhatsApp and other external services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
